Cuddeback School is located in Northern California just off Highway 36 along the Van Duzen River valley, and amongst the towering Humboldt redwoods. We serve students in grades Kindergarten through 8th and provide a wide variety of educational programs and experiences geared toward developing “the whole child”, academically, physically and emotionally.

Cuddeback School has an experienced and dedicated instructional staff committed to student success. We have strong community support for our students and school programs. Because of the outstanding staff and community support, Cuddeback has created an educational environment in which students feel safe, cared for and nurtured.

In an effort to help ALL students achieve, we offer an excellent Before & After School Tutoring Program, Title I services, Special Education services, Gifted and Talented Education program, a (K-3) Primary Intervention program, Discovery program (4-8), Healthy Start, on site counseling and Homework Club. We also offer sports programs including: Volleyball, Softball, Boys’ and Girls’ Varsity and Junior Varsity basketball, Cross Country and Track.
